Keep Tahoe Deep monthly started in May of 1999, as an after party for house music minded people of Tahoe (And those who travel). It first started out at Jim Kelly's Nugget with about 5 people in attendance. Gunnar was happy with that because he could play it loud and all night long to a few grateful patrons. Soon, party after party, more djs and more party people started coming on a regular basis. We outgrew the Nugget in 2000 and found a new home at Sierra Nevada Pizza in Incline. Thanks to the super energized and entertaining bartenders: Jordan and Jesse! And Dave for helping us out there and making years of fun and crazy memories at SNP. In 2002, we were sad to hear the news of the sale of SNP, but we had to move on.
Next home: The Lake Tahoe Brewery in Crystal Bay. Thanks to Mario, Porkchop, Sven, Cari, Everett and Rob! Many fun squishy memories at this home. LTB was KTD home until May of 2005. The rest of 2005 we set our dancing feet at the Biltmore in Crystal Bay. In 2006, we were back in Incline, thanks to Fredrick’s and The Village Pub! The last monthly (7 year anniversary) was held at the Village Pub, reunited with KTD friends and even Jesse from SNP and Sven from LTB! Thanks to everyone who came out to enjoy the music respectfully and shine your happy-smiling faces! YOU have a special place in our hearts & minds...
